This summer I will be leading a Dharma practice on Emergent Strategy by Adrienne Maree Brown.

We will discuss collectively the ways in which Brown navigates ideas around transformative justice and how that correlates to a deeper practice in the yogic tradition. 

From practical uses of the bandhas and asana to the importance of grounding into our truth this practice seeks to make room for ourselves, see one another, and be inspired!

This session will take place at One Yoga in Minneapolis.  Suggested donation of $10. Bring your mat and a copy of the book.  (mats are also free for use at the studio)
