Quarantine Practice for mental health and well-being: 1 hr 30 minutes
Many people across our country are struggling for health, equity, basic human rights. In these waves of sorrow and grief, you may be experiencing community trauma. We are all affected by this moment one way or another so if life feels like an out of control roller coaster- good bad, ugly, sorrowful and scary, know you are not alone. This is a practice in grief and mourning. We will do a facilitated check-in, a restorative practice and guided relaxation.
